Pay is better than rest if Oracle and so is the work pressure. OCI also had some layoffs recently and is not doing great business wise. technical quality of the products don't match upto azure or AWS for upper medium workloads
You mean there's more work pressure in OCI than Oracle or otherwise ?
I have an offer from Oracle for Bangalore location, OTH and I have couple of queries.
Currently getting interviewed at Oracle for Software Developer 2 and would probably make it. My current ctc is ~ 9 lpa. However, not sure upto how much hike can I get on this. Any clues. I have 4 yoe and my interview rounds went great.
What are your views on Oracle for a fresher from top IIT/NIT? It can be anything related to work culture, salary, office politics, chances for going abroad etc.
