How is work in HCL Software

I got an offer in HCL Software for Cyber security role. Throughout the interview everyone mentioned they are part of HC Tech.

So I wanted to check if the work environment was different from the parent company. If anyone knows or works in HCL Software kindly share your pro and con.

Don't join it's same as hcl no difference hikes are worst they delay the variable pay also nothing is good her infact the administration is worst here please don't join...Worst company
