How is work culture at Uber wrt:

  2. Flexible WFH
  3. Supportive team and manager

Is Uber better than Microsoft? I have heard that Microsoft has good WLB. Is there any reason for you to shift other than pay?

Uber pays double the Microsoft base pay. Microsoft's pay is the lowest among all big tech companies. In my team, 30% of the people are ex-Microsoft employees.
