How is work culture and work life balance at Microsoft...??

People who feel Msft has the worst culture should work in some desi companies, agencies & consultancies.

There is also a "pride" bias in such companies. When a person doesnt feel proud to associate with a company, they tend to exaggerate small issues. Microsoft has a huge brand in the market. In a country like ours, where brand of the company matters, this is significant advantage. So this poll, will not show the correct view.

It's difficult to comment on the culture at a company like Microsoft. It's like multiple companies in one due to its size. Every product team has its own culture.
