This generally depends on the team.

But it's the best bank out there. Not just because it is the biggest, but they don't tend to be aggressive. They usually do things the proper way.

Bonuses and pay were lower than other US banks, but far better than European ones. Their technology budget was very high recently, so they experimented on new things. For a 10% lower pay, I would prefer JPM to any other US bank.
