How is Wells Fargo?
I am currently working in JPMorgan and got an offer from Wells Fargo. Will it be good to leave JPMorgan and join Wells Fargo? How is Wells Fargo in terms of benefits and perks? One of my friend (female) is also in the same situation. What should we do? Any suggestions?

Yet to receive the offer letter. Basically my question is about the comparison between JPMorgan and Wells Fargo
Technology wise backward compared to JP. Little slow and laid back culture. Great work life balance and flexible RTO. Culture and people are a plus here.
If you are in tech, its not at all wise to go to WF from JPMC
manager friendly .. not ladies friendly
