How is Visa Inc, Bangalore ?

Hi everyone,

I’ll be joining Visa Inc.’s Bangalore office in the first week of August as an Associate Analyst. I come from an MBA background with around 8 months of prior work experience.

I wanted to gain some insights into the work culture and overall employee experience at Visa. Specifically, I’d love to know about:

• Work culture and team environment
• Average annual hike/appraisal trends
• Promotion cycle and growth opportunities
• Employee benefits and perks
• Work-from-home / hybrid policy
• Is it strict 9 AM login everyday ?
