As Verizon is a new client of HCL so not a lot of people know about the ground situation.
But I believe if you're someone who is really into Networking domain then it could be a goldmine. As in the meeting with the deputy general manager he mentioned that you'll get a lot of different network technologies to work on and also being a new project, if you put in the work in the beginning and shine properly you may even get some promotions.
I am currently working as an order manager in the verizon project. In short this is my biggest mistake to join this project
I am from supply chain domain and not from the network domain
Since its is a new project and they hire in bulk they provide me the false information so that i can agree to join
False information like the daily keys and responsibilities they lies about the ERP they didn’t even use it they lie wfh policy and no holiday since last 8 months no phones in odc everything they hide
