How is thoughtworks as a company

Is there anyone who's working with thoughtworks? I have received an interview with them for a senior business analyst.

Culture wise they're good. Lot of options to grow, travel and relocate. Not your average services company.
Their interviews are horrible. Very snobby interviews. They try to act too "cool" and "smart" and try to evaluate you on some crappy conditions. Too idealistic. A lot of folks have been there in the same company for way too long and are out of touch with reality.
But that said if you clear the interviews it's a good company to work for and good company to have on your resume.
What's the wfh situation?
Probably one of the best service based companies
