Problem is they are looking for 'skill' in entry level jobs. Entry level need to be trained, they only come with the degrees and theory, not business acumen

They offered < 6 Lakhs CTC for MBA graduates in my B school and guess what, nobody applied! Not even the ones who were the least desired candidates.

Skill gap is another thing, artificially creating skill gaps due to wage gap is wrong on any and every level!

Absolute BS. If Indian Companies say 5 words, one can safely assume 4 are lies. Did anybody complain about lack of skill 3 years ago? when everybody was recruiting left, right and center?

Professional Indian executives are the people who will blame the pros****e if they cant do it properly.

Ye sab sirf PR k liye bcoz employees know the reality of tcs but unko kon puchega so they say whatever they want in the media. Bahut log skilled hai ya upskill hona chahte but tcs unko chance nhi deti unko faltu support project pe rakhti hai even after asking for release, sirf faltu statement deti hai in media just for the fake reputation.
