How is this idea, if I make a CRM for institutes and sell as a product to local institutes. Just for side income

I am a frontend developer learning backend and want to learn by building this CRM. I am in debt and need money, I can even consider going on the illegal side, because it is the peak of debt one can have.

My portfolio is : -1.5 Lakhs(almost)

most likely you'll face 2 scenarios:

They don't use any tech- in this case it will be difficult to convince and get them on whatever you're building
They already have CRM; and you will have to offer them something which is too good for them to even consider switching.

It is his highly unlikely that you'll be able to make money from them. Maybe find an audience who is more willing to pay and try out instead of institutions.
