How is third party interview conducted by InCruiter?

So, I received a call from a healthcare company for a devops roles, and they told me they have 3 techincal rounds.

So the first round is scheduled with a third party called InCruiter. Quite frankly when I had a call with HR she asked me for more 10 skills/tools but the JD I received with the interview schedule with InCruiter doesn't have anything related to that. So if anyone has any experience with them or any guidance to share.
