How is the work culture in PwC compared to EY?

I am from non technical background but working as a project manager handling projects on powerapps, power bi, alteryx, sharepoint and VBA.

Currently working in PwC India as a SAP consultant. My UK project has been stopped and now not sure when I will deployed to a good project again as getting this current one took about 7months. Currently I am having an offer from EY GDS....

Which one would you choose and why?
