How is the work culture at Deliveroo Bengaluru? Would it be a good choice to join as a Senior Software Engineer?

I have around 9.5 Yoe and I am offered 60LPA + 5LPA Variable at Deliveroo Bengaluru is the work culture good? Is it worth joining?

I would imagine it’s quite good.

Basically based on the assumption that work culture at a Europe based company can never be bad.

They’re Europeans after all
