Trending @Accenture; How is the Projects scenario in Avanade for BAs?

I recently joined Accenture as a Senior Analyst. I’m currently undergoing necessary training in D365 and I’m from a non tech background.

Can anyone help me in understanding what is the bench scenario in Avanade, especially for the business analyst roles? How tough is it to get a project? How popular is D365 as a product? (As its higher popularity can translate in better project prospects) And what is the average bench period for a fresher BA in Avanade?
