Goal seems achievable but it depends on manager if he wants you to stay in project. If he got replacement he can say not satisfied and you have to resign. This happened with many people in mame of reskill they were again sent to give exam once failed they were removed.

I understand, but I haven’t been given any opportunity since there were no projects in my domain . I have been on bench since a long time .

Its your wish how you are seeing the current situation. Many people who got pip most of them had to resign who were under the same manager or in bench for long time. That's the reallity. Infosys is firing like this to reduce bench strength.
