How is the job market right now for Experience Designers?
I’m planning to start looking outside for opportunities, but the sheer amount of work load is not letting me update my portfolio. Also, all our managers are constantly reminding us that the job market is terrible right now!

Yea same iam also looking for a job change from the past 2months…i have 6+ experience when i open linkedin or other platform i dont see any openings at all even if i found any and apply for that i dont get a call at all..i dont know what the issue here earlier atleast if we apply for 10 jobs will received 2calls for sure but now its 0..and current openings are only for 10+ experienced persons only not for mid level i guess..may be after june or july there will be some
