How is the job market for PMs?
Although I’m getting some calls when applying but converting seems very tough. It wasn’t so bad during the last 2-3 times i had made a shift.
People call for a couple of rounds and post finishing it they never get back again. Sometimes they mention it’s put on hold and sometimes just no response

Exactly same. Absolutely 0 calls from naukri, even after revamping fully. Somehow got some calls from random HRs but after getting the details either they never schedule the interviews or after 2-3 rounds, there's no response, only ghosting. Got the same feedback from others too. So, pretty sure the market is dicey as well as the hiring bar has raised significantly probably these days
Getting approached by a new HR, every week for PM roles, so it looks good
