How is the job market?

To anyone actively looking for jobs - how is the job market? I'm looking to switch but not sure if it's the right time. Working at amazon with 3 years of experience in the Program manager role and 5 years in the customer service. Any thoughts?

I don't know specifically for Product Managers.
For dev roles I think the market is good. I am in no way flexing. I have removed my profile from all platforms and I am still getting calls. Maybe through LinkedIn

Idk how are you getting calls. The job market has been fucked up since start of 2024.

The current market is brutal. But that's a good reason to test out yourself for interviews. I applied for 100+ jobs, received a callback from 8-9 at max. Gave interviews at 6-7 of them.

The current market is great for good devs. For others, it's pretty messed up.

Job market is competitive but strong for data/analytics roles. With your PM + ops background, upskilling in SQL, Python, and analytics tools (PowerBI/Tableau) can help transition.
