they are providing cross skilling for PDP associates, on databricks datafactory and postgre sql.

  1. Is it recommended?
  2. What profiles are they targeting?
  3. And if I don't pass the assignment will i be again released into bench or exit from org? Pls shed some light on what's happening..

Yes good for learning , recommend , data engineer I think, not sure of release thing

I have been part of the Human Project since 4 yrs. Since it's US project need to stretch working hours. And lot of interal policitices in the ratings and promotion level.
Client side also there are lots of organization changes. No stability in the project.
