How is the hiring scene for PMs with 3-5 years of work ex in current market?
Trying to switch for past 3 months but so far no luck, moved to last rounds and then ghosted in few of the companies. Is the situation bad rn?
Referencing works best. Recently switched.
Market for bottom fishing is tough rn
It took me 2 months.. same for my peers in the company. Don't reject offers too much, and take assignment round very seriously. I have had instances of rejection because I thought f2f and case rounds were more important and they went pretty awesome. But no.
Also it's like speed dating. Sell yourself as the best one.
Getting at least 1 top of the line inbound interest every week either from HR or the CPO/Head if Product

The months of Feb & March were really dry. Not sure because of year ending but calls were nearly zero. I usually get calls. Haven’t seen much improvement now also though
