Is it really good? What will be the compensation after the role change?

The DSE Bridge Program is quite beneficial if you're into data science. Post role change, expect around 6.25 LPA, but it varies with performance.

Hey thanks for the reply, I already moved to Associate Consultant and current CTC is 7.5 In that case how much of a hike can I expect? Also I'm interested in new tech like data science, cloud, data engineering and thinking of moving into it. Will this bridge help in that case?
