Trending @Accenture; How is the bonus calculated in Accenture ?
Rewards shows 6% of Bonus which is INR 38,000. My CTC (Base Pay) is 23 LPA.
It should be above 1,00,000 even if we go by 6% calculation, right ?
Can somebody explain to me the calculation that is going on here ?
Bonus Calculation based on percentage as per my knowledge.
Dec Payout Approx = (Base Pay * Bonus Percentage) / 2
May Payout Approx = (Base Pay * Bonus Percentage) / 2
Then there is one more multiple which is how many months you were billable in that cycle.
VP cycle is from sep-feb... You have completed 3.33 months till Feb 6% of 23 Ipa -1.38 L (this is Considered for 12 months) 1.38 L divided by 12 - 11500 per month Now VP for 3.33 months 11500* 3.33 -~38000 hope this clears
Base Pay: 23 Lakh Bonus Percentage: 6%
Dec Payout: (23,00,000 * 0.06) / 2 = 69,000
May Payout: (23,00,000 * 0.06) / 2 = 69,000
These figures are approx. and considering you were 100% chargeable during that cycle.
