How is TCS Ultimatix Project for a Product Manager?

I am recently transitioning from Project Management to Product Management and got a role offered by the Ultimatix team for the same.

However I am confused about the growth and promotions as it is an Internal role

Low learning opportunities, bullshit processes, compliance compliance compliance only. The good side is work life balance. There are plenty of useless products, if you are getting into any such products, basically it will be like getting salary without doing anything. IF YOU WANT TO LEARN AND GROW , PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM ULTIMATIX

Are there any other product based projects ?

Inside Ultimatix lots of products are there, But as a PM your job will be to make sure your product is compliant with all the bullshit rules the management is making. Even developers will be working 70% on compliance works and rest on development. My 1.5 years got ruined inside Ultimatix, partly because it was an utterly useless product. For which product you got this opportunity?
