In what aspects are you asking?? Location wise= Bad.. literally outside of city.. Careerwise= Not big companies are there except 1 I think thats infosys..that too newly built.. You will not be able to switch.
RMG wise = Worst of all . They dont have brain.. and sometimes I dont even feel its their fault No good project wants to operate from nagpur..They choose big locations like Banglore, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, pune, Hyd . So majorly nagpur has internal projects with ancient technologia. 😅.. Jio doesnt work in their common ODC.. neither do they have lan connection for all places in common odc .. it is on first come first serve basis.. I even heard there is a small IT park somewhere but its lightyears away from TCS situated in MIHAN
