How is the STG unit in Infosys in terms of work and work life balance

Work life balance is hell, if you are working for any client and you are from an STG unit... Because they are taking 3*Other units employee amounts but they won't pay according to that ,So client expectations are more from STG units and that will make your work life balance hell... Also if you compare performance bonuses from units with the same rating other units are paying better than STG, Suppose in STG you will get 100% with outstanding ratings in other units you will get 110% ...
Now coming to yearly hikes you will get the same hike in Infosys nothing extra 3-5% Average...

My project no work only life I need to ask to get work allocated to me.I feel bad about it because I am not able to learn much.

When you name it Special Talent Group, obvious Mr. Murthy want to use your Talent 24x7. So No Work life Balance.

STG unit is shit more and more work but no appreciation and promotion
