How is Publicis sapients as an organisation . I have an offer for senior associate L2 level for data engineer.
I have an offer from Publicis sapients for around 20% hike but since I have 90 days notice period hr mentioned he would match the highest offer near the joining date. Also I just got promoted in my organisation and I am expecting 7% hike on my current. I am confused if I should leave or stay as my current company offers good culture, food and insurance but work is very boring in python devlopment and I am free all day. The offer is in data engineering which I recently learned. Any suggestions ?

Stay in your current org.. At this package only connections matters.. Unless you have a good hike and work culture in next org
