How is product culture of cashfree Payments?

Don’t think they have a strong product org. Many people in product from companies like Oyo, Byjus etc. There are PMs with 2-3 yrs experience at GPM level.

0 innovation in last 5-6 yrs. Razorpay has introduced many great products in same timeframe.

Pass it if you have options.

I find the product folks to be sharp, without hangups and easy to work with. Product is one of the stronger functions within the company. There's no CPO at present and the function reports to the CEO.
