It is a super hectic workplace, expectations to work late nights, weekends or leaves is a standard practice.
Having said that, it is a place where you grow professionally if you can deal with this.

Personal opinion: if it is a company that is a tier above your current company and you are focused on growing professionally, it is effort worth putting in. And company definitely is growing, which cannot be said for most startups out there in the market right now.
