My friend has received an offer from New Relic. It’s a 44% hike in his fixed component which is a substantial offer. Now he’s confused if he’s should actually join as he’s always worked in companies with a big names and New Relic seems like a fairly new company. What should be do?

Hey can you share interview experience with new relic ? I’m in their interview loop currently it would be helpful.
As far as company is concerned, I’m not sure about work culture but product is good . Usually these products have good future and revenue. Take datadog for example
Whereas safety is concerned even big tech is having layoffs these days . Post covid mo company is safe
