Learning - very good. You are free to explore a lot of technologies 🔥 Growth and Job Security - Poor nowadays. Budgets are being cut down for many projects😞 first cost cutting target will always be CIO projects. PIP - High percentage. 10 - 15% twice FY. Hardly one promotion in each level. Now many DU are getting consolidated and promotions would be very difficult in coming days.

CIO promotions are comparatively slower and difficult. WLB is amazing and the only best part of working here. Dont have high hopes for hike and promotions unless you have amazing buttering skills :) IYKYK

Its hell n a lot of work pressure. Avoid joining if you have client projects
