I have got an offer from KPIT Pune . I have around 11yoe and my skill is Senior Java Backend Developer along with GCP.

I JUST WANT TO KNOW HOW IS THE DECISION TO MOVE INTO KPIT. IS THERE ANY JOB SECURITY LIKE TCS ?
