Yes they do not provide individual laptops. You get a VM to access and work remotely from your own laptop. It's for sEcUriTy reasons 🤡
Even GS doesn’t provide laptops for certain roles. They expect you to connect to a VM and work.
Depending on the team, you might be given an upfront cost to procure a basic laptop.
