Job security is good in HCL for E2.2. Only thing is that there will be no hike.
Even if there is a hike, it will be so negligible that you may not consider it as zero hike.

Job security is good here more than other organizations. But you should always be ready for anything if you are in any private sector.

Why you are hesitating to share the skills, if you are a dev if you willget the project. If you are a support or infra guy then job security is less
