Their Glassdoor is shite. I heard no Esops because sachin owns about 97% of the company. Pure Lala culture, sachin might’ve realised having the control is better after his infamous flipkart exit.
Shitty work culture. Have to work till 2 am on most days and they expect you to be in office at 9 am next day in office. Micro management. Sa**n sits with team and wants his changes in prod by EOD. Managers are boot lickers.
Check Glassdoor reviews and sort it by recency,you will get the answer.
High pay comes with severe stress. People who choose high pay also choose to be part of that crazy culture
Firstly it's not new. It's been there for 4 years.
They pay well especially base in their offers are quite high and no big tech can come close to that.
Although I've heard not so good things about their wlb.
