How is ipf 4.05, how much raise should i expect??

For reference, I got a 4.5 percent hike and a B band, when my ipf was 4.25. but as others said, I think it depends on your manager (the band) and how well your team did overall for the hike percentage. A lot of other factors might also be at play, these guys aren't transparent about the hike processes, even managers have no clue whatsoever.
