Trending @Accenture; How is internal project?
I have been given node.js dev in internal project and shift timing wise it's okay but people are saying don't expect promotion 😔 Is it so? Also can they give roll offs easily if might be in future I need it?
Internal projects are the killer of career progress,but it depends on many factors 1) your client chargeablilt goes out of the window - you will now be a liability to the org 2) if it's a small team, promotion will be highly delayed 3 ) Depends on your visibility and u will need to constantly reinvent ur self in front of the leadership else u will start getting feedback like stop being in a silos
Team is quite big , but not sure of client chargeablity since they majorly work on Accenture internal system eg- Mycomptency, Rooster services etc
No roll off from any projects . Just resign and be happy
It's very difficult to move out of internal project only option is to resign
