how is infosys ?

Infosys is far far far far better than TCS. Job security, WFH, ethics, transparency, employee well being all far ahead than tcs. Increments and promotions slightly better than TCS

All Indian MNC are same in most aspects. Look for what is your preference.
Do you need hybrid then Infosys is having 10 days a month.

9 months back i chose tcs over Infosys, honestly the situation is scary here right now but it wasn't back then. We can never tell what can happen next. We should be good enough with our skill set .

All IT companies are struggling and going through a rough patch. TCS just has it worse.

Infosys is much better than TCS
