How is IBM to join
I am oracle fusion SCM consultant, few of my seniors and friend suggesting not to go for IBM Consulting India as they don't have much projects, also even if you get into projects, once that gets ended, they will fire you. Is it really true? Anyone from IBM, can you please share your experience?

I was from IBM consulting, you said correct, no more projects and PIP, Fire is common for them
Pls don't join ever
From my experience the company culture isn't that good. Long working hours and no work life balance. And Managers consider themselves as God. I worked in 3+ companies and nowhere they have ever questioned me about the leaves but here for taking even 1 day leave I have to provide explanation to my manager.
And yes firing and PiP culture is very common. Even if you work well but are not in good terms with your manager they can put you in PiP.
Note: I am part of IBM Software Labs and not IBM consulting, so may be it's better over there.
