How is IBM to join

I am from SAP background 7b and it felt fine for 1st year but yearly hikes are almost nil.
Out of your 2.9v you would get around 1.4.
Work culture is like any other service based organization, also 3 days office with no swipe out time is a plus. Kind of zero bench policy is there but you get 60days to get into a new project.
So it all depends on what tech and project you are in.
