How is HSBC India

I am looking at a potential Senior Product Manager role in HSBC India. Wanted some details.

• How is the work culture
• What's the salary range for SPM (I am severely underpaid hence would I get paid basis my current salary or basis HSBC range)
• Are there internal switches available (if I want to move into some other product domain)
• Any other positives or negatives about company would be useful.
