How is HSBC EDP for a software engineer?

Hi, so I have this offer from hsbc edp blr office, it's a software engineering role but my designation will be senior associate also I am getting 70% increase in my fixed (16 lpa). I have 2.5 years of experience as a Software engineer.

How is HSBC as a company? Is it wise to move to a senior associate designation?
