Accenture is huge with a better brand name but at the same time they have some customers with a legacy stack. It's all luck what you would get. At the end of the day all 4s are Service based firms. By looking at the current market condition, it's better to stay with Hex as they have already recruited you by looking at their business pipeline as well as best TC as compared to others.

Go with Hex as they are good at TC. However both Hex and MT are equally the same and depends on what team/proj you get. TCS is not cool to begin.
