At the moment most of projects are trash understaffed and over worked if you are talented. Otherwise its just hectic and alot of grinding sometimes leisure as well.

20% of the folks do 80% of the work.

That’s kind of worrying. Are you working from Delhi-NCR region itself or getting exception since there is no ODC over here

H&M project is okay but not for your growth of you want to enjoy you can join other wise don't join but work not hectic very simple
