No, they don’t actually have any Guidewire project. They just tell you that you must relocate if you want to be considered, and when an employee refuses — they shift the blame onto the employee and push for forced resignation or termination. They create an illusion of options just to protect themselves, when in reality there are no available projects. This is how Capgemini is silently laying off employees while making it look like it’s the employee’s fault — which makes it one of the worst organizations to work for.
