How is Goldman Sachs Global Banking and Markets division? Wlb and work quality are the primary considerations.

Hi All How is the GBM division at Goldman sachs? I am having almost 3 yrs of experience as Software Engineer and expecting an Associate role offer. Can someone please provide some insights into the divisions work quality and wlb? I may get Hyderabad office, how is the office? Any other miscellaneous point which you want to convey as a brother to me is welcomed.
