How is DxC Technology to work with?

All over the Internet if I see the review about DXC is mixed and kind of not that great! And I have noticed from my experience sometimes the companies are not as they are portrayed over the Internet. Its just like people with bad experiences are expressive enough to pen down their agonies whereas people with good experiences are Lazy enough to not put any updates over the Internet and enjoy the Go.

I want to know with respect to SAP Projects perspective, considering DXC is a Merger of 2 great Organizations the reviews over the internet does seem to be ready to go with.

It is a fairly decent organisation, it gets a bad name with some people or managers! Rest it is one of few organisation who is offering virtual or remote work , decent pay and not much pressure at work.

Thanks for your answer. Layoffs without concrete reasons? Layoffs do happen in Organizations like Infy and Accenture, but with people who are really not upto the mark and not even willing to improve.

I am currently working in DXC Technology as senior analyst and it's really a good place to learn and grow in your career. DXC will provide us many opportunities to prove yourself, they have plenty of good projects and clients. Layoffs will happen but only for those who have nothing to put on the plates who never improve thereselves.
