How is Deepinder Goyal as a leader?

He seems very calm and composed on Shark Tank and seems to have a certainty about himself. However I don’t think I can extrapolate it to his behaviour in his company as its leader. Would love to hear from current and ex-employees of Zomato on what their experience has been with the Founder.
