How is current situation at Tiger analytics ? Are there good projects ?

Recently i received a offer from tiger analytics for AI Engineer role. I would like to know are there projects ? What will be the bench period . I have seen multiple posts here on grapevine that they were laying off. So , I want to check if the situation is same for data science or AI roles also ?
