How is Cognizant for people in marketing?

I recently got an opportunity for content and communications role in Cognizant. The pay is decent (5 years experience). I come with SaaS background in content marketing. Reading so many polarised reviews about Cognizant has got me a bit wary. Any advice/opinion is greatly appreciated.
